First swatch of each colour is dry, the one next to it is wet.

I'm really impressed by these. I stopped buying eyeshadows for a while, as it was hard to find vegan eyeshadows with good colour payoffs. Thunder looks a bit messy, although that's probably my doing! It's much more bolder than my other black eyeshadows when wet.

I didn't bother doing a swatch for the eyeliner, although it is the eyeliner is the best eyeliner I've ever had. I sometimes line my waterline with white eyeliner to make my eyes appear bigger, and usually it irritates my eyes and wipes off within a few hours. This lasted for much, much longer and is pure white. Love the handy sharpener on the end, too!

An Introduction (Yes... Again!)

Hello :)

I'm Alicia.

I started blogging when I was 16 years old and it was originally meant to be a blog for my own eyes. A week or so after writing a few posts, I logged in to see I had one comment from a popular fashion blogger, who must've just typed in a random blog url and discovered my blog. Weird, I thought. I made my way back to her blog, left a "thank you" comment and suddenly more and more comments were left and my follower count was looking a bit too high for someone who accidentally started a public blog.

The name was inspired by a Led Zeppelin song, which at 16, made me feel too cool for school. I recorded outfit posts, makeup looks, posts dedicated to my style icons, and awkwardly enough, posts filled with teenaged angst. After a couple years and 300-something followers, I sent the ol' blog packing.

Now I'm legally deemed an adult, which by the way, am I even doing it right? I'm no longer living in the small country town I grew up in. A few months after I turned 20, I moved closer to the city and in with a housemate.

The September just gone was crazy. I bought my first car on the 10th, turned 23 on the 11th, spend the entire month apartment hunting and moved out on the 29th into an apartment by myself. It's so weird living alone. Good weird. The beach is literally a few houses down from my apartment too, so it's so calming to hear the waves crashing at night time.

I think living by myself will mean more blogging, as I won't have to explain myself every time I'm caught taking photos of my new products/clothes or why I have a face full of make-up when I'm not leaving the house (haha).

I really enjoyed blogging. I've noticed not many people comment on blogs anymore, so I hope there are still people who do contribute and still enjoy reading and updating blogs. Feel free to leave a comment and/or follow, as I'm always looking for new blogs to follow. I believe my blog will be more make-up/fashion related, with a little bit of my every day life. :)
